Service Area

NEHDA has been serving Syracuse’s Northside neighborhood since 1974. We focus the following neighborhoods: Washington Square, Northside, Lincoln Hill, Hawley Green, and Prospect Hill.

They embody 10 census tracts in the City (2, 5.01, 6, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17.01, 23 and 24), all of which are HUD listed Low Mod Income (LMI) Block Groups and are included in the City’s NRSA
