SHARP - Minor Home Repair Program 

In collaboration with Home HeadQuarters, the SHARP program assists homeowners with minor exterior repairs/ minor exterior code violations.

There is up to $1,500 in funding for each project, and homeowners must provide 10%, up to $100 of their own funds at the time of closing to participate.

Land Bank Side Lot Program

Interested in purchasing the vacant lot adjacent to your property? NEHDA can help. The Land Bank typically requires that the applicant combine the lot with their existing property through a re-subdivision (requires approval from the Planning Commission and a stamped survey) prior to conveying title. This process is featured at a very low cost and is administered by NEHDA.
